The REEHANI
Breed description:
The Reehani has a small body (300g-350 g) covered with flat (not shiny) black feathers. The neck area, starting below the lower mandible and extending to the chest, is gold. From the top of the neck right through its end, this breed shows a longitudinal streak of jet-black color feathers.
This bird has a small head, not round. Its beak is very small and triangular in shape when looked upon from the top.
The eyes are large, burgundy in color with very fine ceres.
Short legs with black medium size toenails.
The wing tips are usually longer than the tail. Their average
length is 30 cm from front of breast to tip of tail.
